On Aug. 15, 2022, the Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM) will hold a virtual rulemaking hearing regarding proposed rules to administer the Colorado Nonprofit Security Grant Program.
8 CCR 1507-47: Rules and Regulations for administering the Colorado Nonprofit Security Grant Program
This is a new grant program established by legislation passed in 2022. The hearing is to review and formally adopt rules that were originally adopted as emergency rules on June 30, 2022, in order to meet statutory deadlines for this grant program.
