Comments from the public may be submitted prior to the hearing by email to the CSP Rulemaking Coordinator, Angelina Page, at angelina.page@state.co.us and to CATPA Director, Robert Force, at robert.force@state.co.us.  When sending comments, the public is requested to send their comments to both the Rulemaking Coordinator Page and to the Director Force to promote efficient and accurate preservation of the rulemaking record. Comments will also be welcome during the hearings. The deadline for prehearing comments and questions is Thursday, April 25, 2024 by 5:00pm MDT.
