8 CCR 1507-49 Rulemaking Amendment Hearing by the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management - October 30, 2023

The Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management will hold a virtual rulemaking hearing regarding the Urgent Incident Response Fund - 8 CCR 1507-49 and invites public comment from our stakeholders.

The purpose of this rulemaking is to finalize the emergency rules promulgated and effective 8/24/2023 to permanent rules . The authority for this rulemaking is set forth in section 24-33.5-1623 (2) and (3), as enacted in HB 23-1270.

Please submit any advance comments by 5:00 P.M. MST, Friday, October 27, 2023 to Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Director Kevin Klein or to CDPS Rules Administrator Chris Moreno in order for your comments to be included in the hearing exhibits. We will also take public comments during the hearing.

The deadline for prehearing comments and questions is Monday, October 2, 2023 by 5:00pm MDT.

Questions and comments may also be submitted during the hearing.
