MST, Wednesday, December 13, 2023 to Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Director Kevin Klein or to CDPS Rules Administrator Chris Moreno in order for your comments to be included in the hearing exhibits. We will also take public comments during the hearing.
Prepare for the Hearing
Submit questions or comments in advance to CDPS Rules Administrator, Christine Moreno, to Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Director, Kevin Klein, or to DHSEM Grant Program Manager, Austin Geddis. The deadline for prehearing comments and questions is Wednesday, December 13, 2023 by 5:00pm MST.
Questions and comments may also be submitted during the hearing.
