We will also take public comments during the hearing.

Submit questions or comments in advance to CDPS Rules Administrator, Christine Moreno, to DFPC Chief Lisa Pine, or to DFPC Fireworks Program Manager, Marianne Maxfield. The deadline for prehearing comments and questions is Friday, December 15, 2023 by 5:00pm MST.
Questions and comments may also be submitted during the hearing.
Exhibits posted here online before the hearing do not include the names and contact information of stakeholders we communicated with regarding this hearing and the opportunity to comment. Complete evidence of our stakeholder outreach efforts will be included in the permanent record of this rulemaking and may be viewed at our offices upon request.
